As Managing Director of TMI Strategy—a consultancy focused entirely on young people and purpose—Meredith ensures that the work delivered is both thoughtful and impactful. Her passion for creativity and innovation leads her to challenge traditional thinking and deliver breakthrough ideas for TMI's clients, which range from Fortune 50 companies to leading not-for-profits. Her career has spanned both client and agency roles. Prior to joining TMI, Meredith served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Northlich. There, she spearheaded the youth-focused ILostABet.org, YourChemistry.org, and GiveThemTen.org strategies, as well as led client work for national retail and restaurant brands. Meredith is a professor of Public Interest Marketing at Fordham University and has served as a judge for the Positive Change Effie Awards and the D&AD Impact Awards. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School where she was a founding member of the Vanderbilt Child & Family Law Clinic and later served as a board member for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).
