Malcolm joined Tophatter in 2016. Tophatter is the world’s most entertaining marketplace for mobile shoppers. Tophatter generated over $300 million of GMV in 2017 (100% up on 2016) and sells 100,000+ items every day. In 2018, the company launched it's National TV campaign "The Fun Awaits" and has been featured in CNBC, Forbes, and Fortune as a challenger to eBay, Amazon other global ecommerce marketplaces. Prior to Tophatter, Malcolm spent 7 years launching, building, and advising consumer and enterprise software companies. He was Co-Founder and CEO of LeapCR, a corporate social responsibility platform helping employees at FTSE 250 companies "have fun and do good", and an investor at Summit Partners sourcing investments in pre-IPO consumer and technology companies across Europe. Malcolm started his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank. He graduated with an MA in Economics from the University of St Andrews, where he played varsity soccer.
