Brand Marketing Manager, Impossible Foods
Lexi Cotcamp leads Brand Marketing at Impossible Foods, the disruptive food-tech brand on a mission to change how the world eats. Impossible Foods makes delicious, nutritious meat and dairy products from plants — with a much smaller environmental footprint than meat from animals. The brand’s flagship product, the Impossible™ Burger, launched at David Chang’s Momofuku in 2016 and is now preparing to launch in grocery stores in 2019.
The focal point of Lexi’s career has been all about carving out a niche at the intersection of food, technology, and community. At Impossible Foods, she has played a key role in scaling marketing efforts from 10 to 10,000 restaurants, including the launch of White Castle & Burger King. Most recently, Lexi’s work has focused on the brand’s upcoming debut in grocery stores, where she’s led teams in creating its first major retail marketing campaign. Prior to Impossible Foods, Lexi worked at tech leader, Google, and fast-casual unicorn, sweetgreen, Lexi holds a degree in International Business from Georgetown and now resides in San Francisco, where she’s most often found teaching yoga or experimenting with sourdough baking.
