Director of Brand Communications, Shake Shack
Kristyn Clark is a skilled brand and communications strategist who brings nearly 10 years of experience and a passion for strengthening and positioning brands through a modern approach to the marketing mix. She champions creative storytelling through strategic communications, innovative retail experiences, cutting-edge brand partnerships, and authentic influencer marketing.
Kristyn currently serves as the Director of Brand Communications at Shake Shack. She joined the team in April 2017 where she was tasked with building out the Brand Communications function at the company. In her role, she leads the development and implementation of all communication strategies, leveraging everything from new openings, to influencer marketing, strategic brand partnerships, and new business innovation to push the brand forward, focusing on engaging the consumer, heightening brand awareness, building relevance, expanding share of culture, and driving the business.
Prior to joining Shake Shack, Kristyn held a strategic communications role at SoulCycle where she helped lead PR, global branding, events and influencer marketing. She also spent time at various luxury fashion houses including Michael Kors and Gucci.
